甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐在水稻稻米和稻田环境中的残留动态研究(12800字)
摘  要:采用田间试验方法,研究甲维盐稻田水、土壤和水稻植株中的消解动态以及甲维盐在稻杆、稻米、稻壳和稻田土壤中的残留规律,用高效液相色谱-荧光检测器(HPLC-FLD)测定其残留量。试验结果表明:甲维盐在稻田水、土壤、水稻植株、稻米和稻壳中降解均较快,半衰期分别为1.10~1.19 d、2.87~3.24 d和1.09~1.50 d。在稻田中按推荐剂量和高剂量施用甲维盐,距末次施药14d以上,收获的稻米食用是安全的。

Residue Study Of Emamectin benzoate in the Paddy Field And Rice
Abstract:The residues of emamectin benzoate were detected by HPLC-FLD to study the degradation dynamics of emamectin benzoate in the paddy water, soil and rice straw and the final residues of emamectin benzoate in the paddy soil, rice straw, rice and rice shell. The results showed that the pesticide emamectin benzoate was easy to degrade in the paddy water, soil and rice straw and the half-lives of emamectin benzoate in the paddy water, soil and rice straw were 1.10~1.19 d, 2.87~3.24d and 1.09~1.50d .So emamectin benzoate was applied to paddy field by a recommended dosage and high dosage the rice that harvested more than 14 d after the final application is safe for human consumption.
